Minutes of the Combined General Meeting of May 23, 2023
The Combined General Meeting of Maurel & Prom shareholders was held today under the chairmanship of Mr John Anis.
Resolutions
The Combined General Meeting of Shareholders adopted all of the resolutions on the agenda and in particular approved the parent company and consolidated financial statements for the 2022 financial year.
The General Meeting also approved the payment of a dividend of €0.23 (twenty-three euro cents) per share. The dividend will be paid on July 5, 2023, the ex-dividend date is July 3, 2023 and the record date is July 4, 2023.
