Maurel & Prom: return of the dividend

(Boursier.com) — The shareholders of Etablissements Maurel & Prom SA are informed that a Combined General Meeting (ordinary and extraordinary) will be held, on first call, on Tuesday May 17, at 3 p.m., in Paris.

In the context of the coronavirus epidemic (Covid-19), shareholders wishing to physically attend the General Meeting are reminded that their reception will be subject to compliance with the health measures applicable during the General Meeting. Moreover, the terms of participation in the Meeting could change depending on health and/or legal requirements.

The preparatory documents for the General Meeting can be consulted on the company’s website.

Finally, it is reminded that any person proving his status as a shareholder can attend the Meeting in person, vote by internet via the VotAccess platform prior to the General Meeting; vote by correspondence by post or vote by proxy to the Chairman of the General Meeting or to a third party.

Dividend

In particular, Maurel et Prom’s Board of Directors will propose the payment of a dividend of 0.07 euro per share, ie $15 million in total, the maximum allowed by the provisions of the term loan. The payment of the dividend is scheduled according to the following schedule:
– July 1: ex-dividend date
– July 4: record date
– July 5: payment.

No dividend was distributed for Maurel et Prom’s 2019 and 2020 financial years. The last dividend was paid for 2018, for 0.04 euro per share.
