Mayenne: Laval hospital emergency rooms close for six nights, for the second time of the year

For lack of doctors, the emergency room at Laval hospital in Mayenne will close at night, between 6.30 p.m. and 8 a.m., during the end of the year holiday period. This is the second time in less than a month.

Only vital emergencies will be treated on these nights, as the sanitary reserve is not available either.

So as not to saturate hospitals before going to #emergency room, remember to contact your doctor who will quickly give you the best advice.

This closure comes at a time when the health establishment is experiencing a shortage of emergency physicians.
