Mazars strengthens its SEC/PCAOB expertise

(Boursier.com) — Mazars, an international group specializing in auditing, tax and consulting, announces the recruitment of Sandrine Gallay to strengthen its Key Account Audit teams and its SEC/PCAOB practice.
Sandrine Gallay, 38, joined Mazars to take responsibility for the US Desk in France and lead SEC/PCAOB expertise at European level. With 13 years of professional experience, she specializes in the audit of large international groups, in particular French groups listed in the United States and significant French subsidiaries of American groups.

A graduate of Reims Management School (NEOMA Business School), she began her career at Deloitte before joining PwC to focus on auditing companies in the Media and Services sector. In 2018, she reoriented herself towards the American market and its normative and regulatory specificities by coordinating and supervising the audit of the financial statements and internal control of several significant subsidiaries of groups listed in the United States.
These experiences led her, in parallel, to assume the functions of quality controller for ISA and then PCAOB files, as a member of the US Quality Team, in France and abroad. She was also able to pass on her skills by leading internal, technical, methodological and managerial training.
