McDonald’s: BofA raises its target, but remains ‘neutral’

(CercleFinance.com) – Bank of America announced on Friday that it had raised its price target for McDonald’s shares from $316 to $319, with an opinion maintained at ‘neutral’.

In a study devoted to the restaurant sector in the United States, the American bank explains that it has adjusted its forecasts for growth in same-store sales in order to take into account more sustained activity in the United States and internationally.

BofA also justifies its increase by applying higher valuation multiples.
