(CercleFinance.com) – The Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (CDC) declared to the AMF that it had indirectly crossed downward, on March 6, the threshold of 10% of the capital of McPhy Energy, as a result of a sale of shares on the market by the company CDC Croissance which it controls.
The public financial institution specified that it indirectly holds, through Bpifrance Investissement and CDC Croissance, 9.93% of the capital and 9.29% of the voting rights of the company specializing in hydrogen equipment.
