Meal Prep: You should try this cooking trend

In the hustle and bustle of everyday life, many people are looking for solutions to save time – even when cooking. Meal prep (or meal preparation) is currently a trend on all social media channels and offers a culinary answer to preparing healthy, freshly prepared meals in little time.

A crucial factor is keeping an eye on your own expenses. Because the lack of expensive ready-made products makes meal prep a cost-efficient nutritional alternative. By purchasing the ingredients carefully, you can not only reduce waste, but also save money.

Whether for university, at work or just because: These two recipes are not only easy to prepare, but also adaptable in many ways.
