The Korean jungler, Worlds 2021 semi-finalist, joins FunPlus Phoenix for the 2022 season.
The roster already very full of FPX for the next season LPL is completed a little more with one, undoubtedly, last arrival for the season 2022 of League of Legends. FunPlus has indeed announced the signing of the Korean champion Kim “Clid” Tae-min in lining of his jungler Beichuan, recruited last December.
Clid, who will bring a little experience in a largely renewed roster and which has seen go Tian, Doinb or Nuguri, is no stranger to the LPL. He had been through JD Gaming during three splits in 2017 and 2018. But it is in LCK and in particular with SKT that he had experienced early successes and championship titles. A performance that he repeated with Gen. G last season and who led him to Worlds 2021 semi-final.
Despite everything, he still lacks an international victory on his record. FPX is not the best placed team to claim it in 2022, but you never know …
We are thrilled to announce Clid will be joining the #FPXLOL division in the 2022 season.
He’s a proven player with extensive experience, and we believe his performance will be a cornerstone in the success of our new squad.
Please join us in giving him a warm welcome!#FPX pic.twitter.com/uGJEiravCq– FPX (@FPX_Esports) January 5, 2022
