(CercleFinance.com) – Mercedes-Benz has partnered with Mastercard to enable payment at the gas pump by fingerprint directly in the car. Payment by fingerprint is made directly in the car with Mercedes pay+.
Customers will have the option to use a fingerprint sensor in their car to make secure digital payments at more than 3,600 gas stations in Germany.
Mercedes-Benz is the first automobile manufacturer in the world to integrate Mastercard Secure Card on File for Commerce Platforms technology into its vehicles for online payments.
