(Boursier.com) — Mercialys obtains 2nd position in the ranking of feminization of the SBF 120 governing bodies, for the 2nd consecutive year. The company improves its score to 93.4/100 in 2022 (91.7/100 in 2021).

This ranking rewards the results obtained by Mercialys under its proactive policy in terms of equality between women and men in all dimensions of the Company.

Established in 2013, as part of monitoring the Copé-Zimmermann law, this annual ranking established under the aegis of the Ministry responsible for equality between women and men and the fight against discrimination evaluates the commitment of SBF 120 companies in favor of the feminization of their management bodies and, more broadly, professional equality between women and men. The Rankings measure in particular the share of women in strategic bodies and in management positions, as well as equal pay and the awareness-raising and training efforts of management bodies on the subject of parity.

Mercialys’ excellent ranking results in particular from the best practices implemented by its governance, notably with an equal Board of Directors since 2017, which currently has 56% female directors, as well as a Managerial Committee made up of more than 60%. of women.
