(CercleFinance.com) – Amiral Gestion, acting on behalf of the funds it manages, declared to the AMF that it had crossed downward, on April 25, 2024, the threshold of 5% of the capital of the company Mersen and held , on behalf of said funds, 4.97% of the capital and 4.49% of the voting rights of this company.
This threshold crossing results from a sale of Mersen shares on the market.
