Mersen: Amiral Gestion on 5% of the capital

(Boursier.com) — By letter received on November 20 by the AMF, the simplified joint stock company Amiral Gestion, acting on behalf of the funds it manages, declared that it had crossed the threshold upwards on November 15 of 5% of the capital of Mersen and hold, on behalf of said funds, 1,236,543 Mersen shares representing as many voting rights, i.e. 5.06% of the capital and 4.57% of the voting rights, following an acquisition of Mersen shares on the market.
