(Boursier.com) — Metabolic Explorer announces the signing on May 12 of the legal documentation for a syndicated financing for a maximum amount of €100 million with Société Générale Coordinator and Co-arranger, Crédit du Nord/Banque Nuger Co-arranger, LCL Co-arranger, Crédit Agricole Brie-Picardie, Co-arranger, Caisse d’Epargne et de Prévoyance Auvergne Limousin Co-arranger, BNP Paribas and Banque Populaire Alsace Lorraine Champagne having joined the participation pool.
This operation will contribute to financing the Group’s investment plans previously announced and corresponding to an amount of 70 ME over four years, as well as to strengthening general needs.
