(CercleFinance.com) – METabolic EXplorer (METEX) announces that the Paris Commercial Court has today granted the request to open a judicial recovery procedure for the benefit of its subsidiary, METEX NØØVISTAGO.
The Paris Commercial Court has appointed the judicial administrators and the deadline for submitting offers has been set for May 6, 2024 at noon.
In the meantime, the operation of METEX NØØVISTAGO will continue during the observation period.
METEX will keep the market informed of the decisions to be taken shortly by the Commercial Court regarding its request for the opening of safeguard proceedings and the request for the opening of judicial recovery proceedings for METEX NØØVISTA.
In this context, the Company has decided to postpone the closing of its corporate and consolidated accounts for the financial year ending December 31, 2023, initially scheduled for March 28, 2024.
The company says it will make ‘best efforts’ to publish its annual financial report by June 30, 2024.
