Metavisio: launches a fundraiser of around 3.8 ME – 11/28/2022 at 8:14 p.m.

(CercleFinance.com) – Metavisio (Thomson Computing) is launching a fundraiser in the form of a Global Offering for a total amount of approximately 3.8 million euros.

This fundraising includes on the one hand a capital increase with removal of the DPS by way of private placement which will give rise to the accelerated construction of an order book, and on the other hand a capital increase by way of public offering with cancellation of preferential subscription rights (DPS) dedicated to retail investors (via the PrimaryBid platform).

The Company has received commitments to subscribe to the Global Offer by way of private placement from third-party investors in the amount of €2.7m (ie 71% of the Offer).

The proceeds from the global offer will contribute to providing the Company with the financial means necessary to finance the development of international positions, by duplicating the strategy successfully deployed in France on the Entry/Entry+ PC segments (less than €300, and from 300 to 500 E).

The funds raised will thus contribute to the acceleration of international development, by financing the strengthening of the sales team, certain marketing expenses and the securing of its supplies.

‘ At the end of the Global Offering, taking into account the current level of cash and the proceeds of the Offering, the liquidity horizon will remain greater than 12 months, including taking into account the acceleration of international development ‘ indicates the group.
