Subscription period ended for Metavisio, which, on the occasion of its transfer of listing on Euronext Growth, raised capital of 4.2 million euros.
This is less than the 5.3 million envisaged, but enough to allow the specialist in the design and marketing of computer equipment under the Thomson brand to strengthen its ” international footprint with a strong ambition by 2026: to achieve 120 million euros in turnover, of which 60% internationally, associated with an EBITDA margin above 13% “says its CEO Stephan Français.
The company indicates that it has won over 3.8 million euros from French and international institutional investors. The remainder of the amount raised comes from individual French investors like… Teddy Riner, who now owns 6.7% of the company’s capital. Following the operation, the market capitalization of the company amounts to 44.9 million euros, for a price per share of 6.30 euros.
