A trying trial ended yesterday at the assizes of Meurthe-et-Moselle, where a 35-year-old teacher was tried for rape and sexual assault on her children. On the bench of the accused was also her lover, 10 years her senior, tried for complicity, relates The Republican East.
The case dates back to February 2019. At the time, the 30-year-old was taken to hospital after a suicide attempt. She then says that her lover constantly asks her to send him videos where she rapes and sexually assaults her two children.
At first, the school teacher denies having committed such acts. But a few months later, she changes her mind in police custody and explains that she was under the influence of her lover, a former photographer.
The lover calls
Their trial began last week. The young woman was appearing for rapes and sexual assaults committed on her 7-year-old son and sexual assaults committed on her 5-year-old daughter. The father of the children was also prosecuted for a sexual assault on the girl, but he was acquitted, in accordance with the requisitions of the prosecution.
The latter had requested 12 years of criminal imprisonment against the incestuous mother and 10 years for her lover. Eventually, they were both sentenced to 14 years in prison. The forties, who has always denied the facts, has already appealed.
