MGI Digital: exclusive negotiations with a view to acquiring a majority stake in Altix

(Boursier.com) — MGI Digital Technology announces the entry into exclusive negotiations with a view to acquiring a majority stake in Altix, an expert in imaging systems for the electronics markets.

Founded in 2008, Altix designs, produces and markets imaging systems for electronics markets. The company has already deployed more than 600 software and hardware devices around the world for different market segments, such as printed circuit boards, flexible printed circuits, photovoltaic/solar panels, touch screens, etc.

Based in Val-De-Reuil in Normandy, Altix should post a turnover of around 8 ME for its 2023 financial year.
