Michael Ballack was infected with the corona virus. The ex-national player is currently in quarantine.
The former professional soccer player Michael Ballack (44) has been infected with the corona virus. This is what the ex-international said during a Telekom press conference. Ballack was virtually connected to the conversation in the Allianz Arena in Munich due to his illness. “Unfortunately, I am in quarantine, it caught me,” said Ballack.
He only “felt symptoms of a mild flu”. Now he’s feeling a little better. Telekom has signed Ballack as an expert for the European Football Championship from June 11th.
