(AOF) – Micropole announces that its board of directors has appointed the Finexsi firm as an independent expert, with a view to providing a report on the financial conditions of the proposed unsolicited public purchase offer filed by Miramar Holding SAS on Micropole and, where applicable, for any higher bid or any modification to the terms of the draft offer.
In order to allow the board of directors to deliver its reasoned opinion on the offer, having taken note of the work of Finexsi and Groupe Legrand, the company plans to submit its draft response note to the AMF on May 6, 2024.
Remember that the company will publish its annual results for the 2023 financial year on April 23, 2024.
