(CercleFinance.com) – NextStage AM, acting on behalf of funds, declared to the AMF that it had crossed upwards, on July 29, the threshold of 10% of the voting rights of Micropole and held 12.78% of the capital and 10.56% of the voting rights, after an off-market share acquisition.
The declarant specifies that he does not intend to take control of the company, nor to request his appointment or that of one or more persons as director, member of the management board or the supervisory board.
