Among the stocks in sight, Bolloré climbs by 10% after the announcement of the sale of its African activities to the Swiss group MSC in advanced negotiations.
The euro is camping below 1.13 / $. Oil goes back to $ 72 per brent.

RISING VALUES

Bollore (+ 10%) announced that it had received an offer from the Swiss group MSC, specialist in sea freight, for its transport and logistics activities in Africa on the basis of an enterprise value of 5.7 billion euros. Vincent Bolloré’s group has granted exclusivity to MSC until March 31, 2022 with a view to a possible promise to purchase. The Bolloré group has been present for more than half a century in Africa, where its subsidiary Bolloré Africa Logistics is the leader in transport and logistics. It employs nearly 21,000 people in 47 countries. Bolloré thus operates terminals, via concessions, in no less than 42 ports on the African continent, in particular in Côte d’Ivoire, Cameroon, Gabon and the Congo. It also has maritime agencies.

TotalEnergies (+ 1%) commissioned the largest battery energy storage site in France. Covivio (+ 1%) announces the sale to Crédit Agricole Assurances, for a total amount of 325 ME, of its share in two office buildings: Carré Suffren, 25,000 m (2) building located in the 15th arrondissement of Paris , and the Eiffage Campus, a whole of 33,000 m (2) located in Vélizy-Villacoublay. With this transaction, Covivio will have signed new sales commitments for more than € 880 million since the start of the year, with an average margin of + 3.4% on the last appraised values. With this transaction, Covivio has signed new sales since the beginning of the year for 880 ME, thus exceeding its objective set at more than 600 ME for the year 2021. Eramet : -1%. Eramet has identified financial fraud in its cash management at the Group’s head office.
