Actress Mimi Fiedler became a grandmother for the first time at the age of 45. The former “Tatort” star announced this on Instagram.
“Our first grandchild has landed and is opening a new chapter for our blended family,” writes Fiedler to a photo of the hand of the newborn. That this is apparently a boy emerges from a little poem that the 45-year-old posted to the picture: “Beloved little prince, there will be many hands that will carry you and arms that will keep you safe and people who show you without question that you are welcome in this world, “says the actress.
Large blended family
She was “grateful to God that you are safe and sound,” it says in the post. Which of their six children or stepchildren was allowed to welcome the offspring as a mother or father is not stated in the post. Mimi Fiedler and her husband, TV producer Otto Steiner (58), count “six children from previous relationships” to their blended family, as the actress told the magazine “Bunte” on the occasion of her wedding in early 2019.
