This is sad news shared by the founders of the Mimimi Games studio. After 12 years of existence, the Munich studio is forced to shut down. And this, despite the good reception received by their last title Shadow Gambit: The Cursed Crew.
The various successes of Mimimi Games with Shadow Tactics or Desperados III, will therefore not be enough to keep the studio afloat. And above all, the personal tribute to carry out such projects will have been far too costly for the teams.
This is why the decision was made to gradually reduce the studio over the next few months, until it is closed. A deadline which will allow in particular to make all the updates planned for Shadow Gambit: The Cursed Crewthe latest project from Mimimi Games, released on August 17th.
