How do I reach the Mobilcom Debitel hotline?

The website is very clearly laid out and already offers an overview of the contact options in the header: a telephone receiver is shown at the top right alongside a number of other symbols. If you move the mouse over it, a small window pops up that briefly shows the options. It appears large hotline and below it a button to the help and contact area FAQ.

Now you get to an overview of the most frequently asked questions. There is also a search bar at the top where you can enter a keyword and search more specifically. In the third place you will find the question: “How can I reach customer service online?” Mobilcom-Debitel proposes three ways:

  • About the contact form, which you can find via the green “Contact us” button below. But before that it is necessary to register on the site and create an account.
  • About the My md app. If you are a registered user and have downloaded the mobile app, it is easy to contact the service team: use the option of conveniently writing a direct message via WhatsApp.
  • About yours online customer account. There you can, just like in the app, view your contract, consumption and your personal customer data, check bills, change your tariff and get the option of arranging a telephone callback from customer service.

hotline

The hotline is useful if you have a personal concern that could not be clarified in the FAQ area or if you do not want to register online. This way you can talk directly to the employees and find a solution. The service times are Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m and on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m with the phone number:

Do you use your cell phone a lot on the go and need a large volume of data? Should the restriction be removed altogether?

Mobile phone contracts: Should the data volume limit be dropped entirely?
