More and more fans – Carinthian slow food idea as a pioneer for the world

And that’s why the club wants to push its idea even further. Not only in schools – 18 schools are now dealing with sustainable ideas – Slow Food should also be promoted even more in tourism, because: “More and more holidaymakers in Carinthia are attaching importance to sustainable food,” says Klaus Ehrenbrandtner, head of Kärnten Werbe . And it is precisely these holidaymakers who bring a lot of money into the company’s coffers. “On average, they spend 176 euros per day on cuisine alone.”
