In the next episode of “Plus belle la vie”… Ariane investigates to understand the attitude of her colleagues. Betty hesitates to accept Kilian’s outstretched hand. Barbara wonders who the father of her child is.

Jean-Paul goes to the prosecutor to alert him to the situation of the understaffed police station. He suggests lifting the surveillance of Noah’s room in the hospital. Revel accepts his request on the condition of obtaining results.
Jean-Paul immediately sends a text message to Patrick to warn him that the way is clear. The latter enters Noah’s room, soon joined by Babeth, to whom he asks to sedate him to make believe that he is in a coma. Babeth ends up accepting even though she still has trouble trusting him.
Back at the police station, Patrick tells Jean-Paul that this will save them time. But the Commissioner reproaches his colleague for having implicated his wife. Ariane hears them arguing.
The Lieutenant entrusts Alexandra with an out-of-procedure mission with the obligation not to ask any questions. The young woman accepts and helps him to view the video surveillance images of the Soda district from the day before. Ariane sees there the altercation between Patrick and Boher and the Range Rover which followed them. Alexandra helps her colleague retrieve the car’s license plate.
Ariane finds the vehicle in Marseille and follows it. When Jean-Paul calls her, she pretends to be sick, but her colleague is not fooled. As Ariane continues to follow the car, she is faced with a dilemma when her father calls to tell him that he has had a fall…
Betty’s mother, who is about to be absent for several days, continues to denigrate her daughter, whom she accuses of being an alcoholic by dint of hearing her vomit. Betty leaves her house, puts on her headphones and lights a joint, without noticing that a car is heading in her direction. Kilian pulls him out of the way at the last moment. But Betty is far from grateful and escapes from his grip.
Later, Kilian, who is still waiting outside Betty’s, decides to call her to hear from her. The teenager admits that she has just fallen off a scooter and that she can no longer walk. Kilian insists that she send him her location. He then picks her up in a taxi and takes her home.
Once back, Kilian takes care to disinfect Betty’s wound. She is touched by his attentions. Going to bed, she allows him to stay on her couch.
Barbara meets Gabriel, Thomas, Leo and Francesco at the Marci, before the opening, to reveal her pregnancy to them. Everyone is very happy with the news. Barbara admits that she is just beginning to get used to the idea and that she is also very happy. When Leo asks her the identity of the baby’s father, Barbara replies that she prefers to settle things with him first. At the counter, Elisa observes him.
Back at the cabinet, Elisa tells Abdel what she saw. She hypothesizes that Barbara would be pregnant by him, seeking to find out what he would do if that were the case. But Abdel promises her that he feels good with her.
Abdel nevertheless goes to the Marci to see Barbara’s pregnancy with his own eyes. When he asks her about the identity of the father of the baby, the young woman affirms that it is about Tim.
Later, Barbara also tells Gabriel that Tim is the father of her baby. She learns about the functioning of a paternity test, before changing her mind.
