In the next episode of “More beautiful life, even more beautiful”… The noose tightens around Mattéo. While Barbara is overwhelmed by events, Ophélie, for her part, prepares to leave her comfort zone.

Tuesday April 9 in More beautiful life, even more beautiful…
Ophélie facing her social phobia
In the early morning, Aya goes to Ophélie to tell her that she has confessed the truth to Mattéo. Ulysses’ sister regrets having imagined this twisted plan to get closer to the young man. Aya advises him to take the next step before it’s too late. She said to her friend: “I’ve done my part, now it’s your turn!”
Later that day, Vanessa informs Ophélie that she must go to Paris to meet potential buyers for her company. She will therefore be absent for two days. Ophélie jumps for joy, because it means she has the house to herself. She immediately warns Aya.
At the end of the day, Aya visits Ophélie. She tells him that she is very lucky to have such a big house and that in his place, she was throwing a big party. Ophélie is not enchanted by the idea.
Aya tries to convince her by telling her that this is the opportunity to meet Mattéo. Ophélie accepts, on the condition that Aya stays by her side throughout the evening.
Barbara is at the end of her rope
At the Le Mistral bar, Barbara once again takes Yaël to her workplace. She asks Thomas to watch him while she finds a babysitter, but the boss is overwhelmed. He advises her to call Jules, but the head chef is still angry with the student for not having informed her sooner of the incident that occurred at the nursery.
While cooking, Barbara calls her entire phone book in hopes of finding a new nanny for her son. She is totally overwhelmed, so much so that Aya is the one who checks all the culinary preparations. Thomas puts pressure on Barbara to put the turbo on, when suddenly she burns herself with a pan.
At the end of the shift, Thomas tells Barbara that she needs to get her act together quickly, because her lack of concentration is impacting the customers. Indeed, one table was not served on time and another received an overcooked dish.
Thomas warns his colleague and friend: “You can’t come and work with Yaël.” So, he offers her a few days off while she finds someone to look after her son.
Barbara is on edge, she is convinced that Thomas is firing her. She starts screaming: “I do what I can to keep my son alone.” Thomas takes her in his arms.
Mattéo is summoned to the police station
Jean-Paul and Patrick pay Mattéo a quick visit. They ask the young STAPS student if he knows Louise Raveneau. He replies that he had a little fling with her in high school, but that they parted ways in college. The two police officers summon him to the police station for questioning.
A few minutes later, Mattéo reveals to the police that he was coaching Louise in a gym. Despite her asthma, she trained tirelessly in hopes of going on a mission with her mother.
Their relationship ended because they argued more and more. Indeed, Louise was doping and Mattéo was against this working method. The young man is also subject to a blood test to check that he is not addicted to steroids.
Mattéo’s blood test turns out to be negative, there is not the slightest trace of steroids. For his part, Jean-Paul examined the messages from Louise and Mattéo, and they coincide well with what the young man revealed. The latter is therefore released from police custody.
At the same time, in the police station locker room, Samuel gets shirtless in front of Ariane. Zoé’s mother appreciates this improvised striptease, as does Meiline, who asks him if he does Thai boxing. Samuel is surprised that the commissioner is so knowledgeable in combat sports.
A few minutes later, Samuel informs his colleague Ariane that magnesium carbonate was found at the crime scene of Dr. Hervé Lussan. It is therefore likely that the assassin was also a great sportsman, like Mattéo.
In the evening, Léa is walking in the street when suddenly, Madjid, her security agent, tells her that a suspicious individual is in front of her. The man in question walks confidently and looks at her with contempt. Léa discreetly turns around to take a photo of him. Who is it ? Answer in the next episodes of the series.
