More beautiful life (spoilers): convinced of having unmasked the arsonist, Emma puts herself in danger

On September 12 in Plus belle la vie (France 3, 8:20 p.m.), Éric makes an imprudent decision, Mirta bids farewell to father Luc and Emma puts herself in danger…

In the episode of More beautiful life from Monday, September 12, 2022, the fires are so close to Marseille that the hospital’s ventilation system can no longer filter out harmful particles. Consequently, the most fragile patients will have to be evacuated. Gabriel advises Eric (Régis Maynard) to have Simon (Julien Ellenrieder) transferred to another hospital. However, convinced that everything will be fine as long as he is close to his companion, the former policeman decides to keep him close to him. At the same time, several residential areas of Marseille were evacuated as a precaution…

At the Zéphyr, Luna (Anne Décis) finds a letter from the hospital addressed to her mother. Worried, she calls out to Gabriel (Joakim Latzko) on the Place du Mistral. The latter refuses to give him information on the state of health of Mirta (Sylvie Flepp), but admits to him that this one is hospitalized. Upset, Luna rushes to her mother’s bedside. Mirta tells him the truth about his illness. She explains that she hid it from him because she was in denial. Moreover, after meeting Luc (Guillaume Laloux), she was so happy that she didn’t really think about it anymore. Fortunately, Gabriel arrives with good news: Mirta’s tumor hadn’t grown during the weeks she didn’t get treatment. She will nevertheless have to undergo radiotherapy sessions to avoid any recurrence.

Upon leaving the hospital, Mirta goes to the parish to see Father Luc. She announces to him that she has had an operation. The young priest admits to being relieved but announces bad news to him: to punish him for his relationship with Mirta, his hierarchy transfers him to a new church, in Roubaix. Besides, he has to go catch his train. Overwhelmed, Mirta bids him farewell and confides in him that he left an imprint on her heart that will never disappear.

Emma tails Vanessa

In the early morning, Baptiste (Bryan Trésor) picks up Mathis (Adrien and Mathis Garabedian) at the studio. Emma (Pauline Bression) takes the opportunity to tell him about what she discovered the day before: Vanessa, Romain’s companion (Simon Ehrlacher), has abalone shells in her shed. It is therefore possible that she is the arsonist. Annoyed, Baptiste doesn’t believe her and reminds her of the rule: they should only speak to each other when it comes to their son. With a heavy heart, Emma goes to see Gabriel and confides in him. She feels that Baptiste has turned the page on their story, but does not feel ready to give up yet. She will do anything to get it back.

To do Barbara (Léa François) a favor, Emma goes to the roommate to give Vanessa a taste of a selection of pavlovas for the wedding. She finds the young woman trying on her wedding dress and discovers, on her back, a tattoo of the symbol of Olivier Jourdan’s sect. Convinced that Vanessa is the arsonistEmma follows her and climbs into the back of her pick-up, heading for the shed…
