More beautiful life (spoilers): Kevin finally accepts his feelings for Camille

In the episode of More beautiful life from wednesday 1er June 2022, Kevin (Théo Bertrand) loops back to the images of his moments with Camille (Lisa Cipriani) in Croatia. Laëtitia (Caroline Riou) suggests that he go back to the gym to take his mind off things, but the young policeman doesn’t have the courage. For her part, Camille is not in good spirits either. She admits to Emma (Pauline Bression) having made love with Kevin in Croatia and asks him if he told her about it. Kevin has indeed confided to having lived very strong moments with Camille, but Emma advises her sister not to get too many ideas. If Kevin didn’t come to pick her up at the police station, it’s probably for a reason… For his part, Kevin shares his feelings with Baptiste (Bryan Trésor). He advises him to be careful. Camille is not a girl like the others and if he decides to live a love story with her, she will never let go of him again. Annoyed by his friend’s remarks, Kevin gets angry…

Later, Kevin goes to see Camille. The latter immediately takes him in her arms, but the young policeman pushes her away. He is here to talk. He admits to having feelings for her, but fears that the relationship is unbalanced. Indeed, Camille is very much in love with him. The young woman advises him to stop thinking and to do things simply. Finally, the couple share an intimate moment and Kevin confesses to Camille that he regrets nothing. He feels good with her and doesn’t want it to end…

Still without news from Elisa, Abdel (Marwan Berreni) calls the hotel where they spent the night. He asks the receptionist questions, but the latter refuses to give him information about the hotel guests. Seeing Abdel getting angry on the phone, Nisma (Ella Philippe) understands that something is going on. Abdel confesses to him that he met a certain Elisa. He gave her his phone number two days earlier, but she still hasn’t contacted him. He says he hasn’t felt that since Alison (Myra Tyliann). Later, Abdel returns to the restaurant where he met Elisa. The waiter remembers him, but he hasn’t seen her since the last time. For a small financial compensation, Abdel makes her promise to call him if Elisa comes back to the restaurant.

Séverine arrives in Marseille, Barbara and Tim investigate

At the roommate, Romain (Simon Ehrlacher) and Emilie (Laurie Bordesoules) are heckling tenderly when Séverine (Alexandra Cismondi), the young doctor’s ex-wife, rings the doorbell. Very surprised to see her, Romain takes her for a coffee. The young woman explains that she felt the need to see him after their telephone conversation. Now that she knows why Romain left her, she hopes to be able to reconnect with him. In the afternoon, Romain goes running with Émilie and tells her that he is going to have dinner with Séverine. The young woman is trying to find out if her boyfriend still has feelings for his ex-wife. She is ready to hear everything but prefers that he be honest with her. Romain admits feeling lost. Later, Émilie recounts their conversation to Sylvia (Roxane Turmel). Surprisingly, she saw it very well. Even though she likes Romain a lot, she doesn’t really have a connection with him. After dinner, Romain takes Séverine back to his hotel. Tension quickly rises between the ex-spouses. Before going too far, Romain decides to leave…

For her part, Barbara (Léa François) goes to the bedside of Tim, the journalist victim of a hit-and-run while filming teenagers doing parkour. He thanks her for calling the emergency services and asks her if she spoke to the police about what he was filming. To his relief, that is not the case. Despite his shoulder injury, Tim decides to leave the hospital to pick up his drone. With Barbara, he returns to the scene of the hit-and-run. The young woman reveals that the truck that ran over her bore the inscription BTC. However, it is the name of the company in charge of the site. As Tim had no right to be there, Barbara wonders if the driver might not have run into him intentionally. Finally, Barbara ends up finding Tim’s drone, but it is in very bad condition. The journalist is not sure of being able to recover his images and invites Barbara to go check it out at his place.

On the spot, Tim discovers that his images are unusable. Barbara advises him to file a complaint, but Tim doesn’t really like rubbing shoulders with the police. Barbara talks to him about Abdel, who is a lawyer, and offers him to go and visit him. Tim agrees but prefers to take a shower before leaving. He asks Barbara to help him take off his t-shirt, which does not leave the young woman indifferent. At the end of the day, Tim and Barbara go to Abdel’s place. On learning that BTC, one of the biggest construction companies in the region, may be linked to the case, the lawyer wonders if Tim might not have filmed something he shouldn’t have seen. To get to the bottom of it, the journalist decides to send his images to a specialized laboratory. Abdel advises him to be careful. It is possible that he was the victim of an attempted murder…
