More beautiful life (spoilers): Theo is shot and Baptiste is threatened

Meanwhile, Ryan arrives at the Nebouts’ house, threatening Manon and Babeth and taking his ease while waiting for Patrick, going so far as to approach Raphaël dangerously.

When Patrick returns, Ryan explains to him that his colleagues have arrested Kenji and that since he is hanging business from him, Patrick will take the opportunity to kill him with the pistol he provides. Meanwhile, Baptiste (Bryan Trésor) is still trying to figure out why his fire brigade was rocked during their intervention. His policeman friend, Kévin (Théo Bertrand), tells him that it happens and that we must not give up. Baptiste’s adjutant, however, reacts completely differently. When the young apprentice firefighter asks him if there will be a debrief following the incident, the warrant officer asks him sarcastically if he is in shock and needs to see a shrink. He then tells him that he is not there to console him, and that all he cares about is whether he is ready to go to the fire. Faced with a Baptiste with tears in his eyes, his superior chains him up by concluding that if he’s complaining about something like that, it’s because he’s not ready to be a firefighter.

Franck begins to doubt Theo

When Baptiste goes to see his former friend whom he met during the incident, the latter tells him that he has changed, and that we are for or against the system but that we cannot be both at the same time. time. Before leaving, he adds that if Baptiste returns to his city, he will kill him. For their part, Delphine and Theo take advantage of their time together to go try out Theo’s new car. Only without realizing it, they find themselves in the northern districts of Marseille and are shot by a man fleeing on a motorbike. When they go to report the incident to the police station, Delphine (Delphine Rollin) and Théo (Jules Fabre) both explain that there is no reason for someone to shoot them. The policeman concludes that they were simply in the wrong place at the wrong time, but for their part, Blanche (Cécilia Hornus) and Franck (Jean-Charles Chagachbanian) are still asking questions about Théo.
