More beautiful life (spoilers): Tim traps Abdel, Elisa and Barbara

In the episode of More beautiful life Tuesday, July 5, Abdel (Marwan Berreni) confides in Elisa at length about his father (Rachid Hafassa) and that moment, when he was 16, when he realized who he really was. He thought he was a rich exporter of oriental pastries, while he was the biggest drug trafficker in Marseille. On Karim’s release from prison, Abdel did everything to ensure that his father did not fall back into this environment. And it worked. They were a normal, united family. So seeing him on this video with Vincent Marceau breaks his heart but he can’t help loving her. Elisa feels the same for her father. However, they go have to face up to their responsibilities and denounce them. Shortly after, Abdel informs Tim (Romé Adelman) and Barbara (Léa François) that he has an appointment with Judge Colbert to show her the famous video. He therefore asks Tim not to publish his document on the internet for the moment, so that neither his father nor Marceau flee.

Vincent Marceau offers his daughter to accompany him to the Opera, but she declines, claiming to have too much work. Before going to the courthouse, she kisses her father. Gesture that surprises him. For his part, Karim goes to his son. He no longer has a job or money and was thinking of moving in with Abdel for a while. But he realizes that his son is going to report him to the police. Abdel can no longer cover him. Karim bids farewell to his son and tells him to drop off at Etienne’s, considering himself too old to go on the run. At the same time, Barbara sees Tim on the terrace of a café with… Vincent Marceau. Neither one nor two, she asks him for an explanation. Tim claims to want to give him the opportunity for a right of reply so that he can provide an unbiased investigation. But regrets that he refused her proposal. Barbara however finds her companion stressed, which he refutes. Tim left Abdel a USB key supposed to contain the images of the transaction between Marceau and Karim. But when he presents it to the judge, it is empty. Abdel and Elisa are amazed.

Kilian makes a decision that could jeopardize the high school dance

This is the big day. The high school prom is finally going to take place. Noé (Florian Lesieur) has therefore prepared a royal breakfast for Lola (Marie Mallia)… who receives a call from Betty (Horya Benabet). She announces her intention to go to the ball but wanted to make sure that Kilian (Tim Rousseau) is really absent. Lola then finds Sunalee (Alixe Guidoni) who confirms that she fell in love with Dimitri (Zachary Bordier). She has never felt so many feelings for a boy but she wants him to settle his worries before revealing his feelings to her. Noah visits Betty. She instantly notices her friend’s concern but wants to reassure him: if she wants to go to the ball, it’s simply to change her mind and get out of her house. Noah takes the opportunity to assure him that he does not regret what happened between them.which is reciprocal.

Back home, Noé tries on his costume for the ball. Blanche (Cécilia Hornus) finds her son magnificent and believes that he will form a marvelous couple with Lola. She takes the opportunity to make her mea culpa, acknowledging that she was hard on the teenager at the start. But now she’s convinced that Lola is a golden stepdaughter, which acts like a booster shot for Noah who realizes how lucky he is to be with her. For her part, Sunalee introduces Dimitri to Bastien (Nicolas Berger-Vachon) and Luna (Anne Décis). Bastien can’t resist giving the young man a quick questioning, while his partner asks them if they have condoms. Enough to deeply embarrass the two teenagers. Finally, Lola and Noé meet at the Mistral before going to the ball. Kilian is happy for his sister. But while, shortly after, he sees Betty passing in front of the bar, he suddenly decides to fire the customers and to close the cafe, going in pursuit of the young woman…
