The week of January 8, in More beautiful life, even more beautiful

Yolande plays the cupids

At the Massalia residence, Yolande does not seem fulfilled by her work. So she found a surprising solution to make her days easier: ask students to replace her for menial tasks. Obviously, this behavior is not to the taste of his colleague Mirta who, for her part, works hard.

It must be said that this week, Yolande had better things to do. In fact, she had to prepare for the arrival of Morgane, her great-niece who lives in Brittany. Upon arriving at the residence, Morgane met Jules, a young resident, and disagreements quickly arose between them. Since then, they have continued to play cat and mouse.

But for Yolande, this disagreement is the sign of a great love story. She therefore took on a mission: to make Jules and Morgane realize that they were made for each other. Since then, Yolande has spent her time imagining crazy plans to try to reconcile. Will a new couple be born thanks to her?

Léa is overwhelmed

For Léa, the week was very eventful. On Monday, at the doctor’s office, she had to deal alone with a crowd of patients complaining of stomach pain. It must be said that without a secretary, the days are more complicated to organize. Fortunately, Jennifer Maseron, a new resident of the neighborhood, was hired as a secretary for a trial period.

The next day, Léa helped Jean-Paul organize Lucie’s birthday party. When she had just collected the cake, she had the unpleasant surprise to discover that one of her patients in the middle of a hypoglycemic attack was devouring it… before her eyes. As a result, Léa had to find an emergency solution to replace the cake. Fortunately, Lucie’s birthday was not impacted by this incident.

Exhausted by these two chaotic days, Léa decided to spend the romantic evening with Jean-Paul. His new co-worker, Jennifer, volunteered to find him a babysitter. But once again, nothing went as planned. And for good reason, Jean-Paul was forced to keep Raphaël, Babeth’s son. So it was at home that the candlelight dinner took place.

Francesco has an enemy

Everything was in place to make the Mistral’s inauguration evening a success, and yet it was spoiled by an incident. First, Francesco lashed out at the Marci brothers over Barbara. The reason ? He is still angry with the head chef, who is none other than his former partner, for having preferred to work with Thomas rather than with him. As an argument was about to break out in the Mistral, Francesco collapsed to the ground, unconscious.

Upon arrival at the hospital, Francesco slipped into a coma. Analyzes revealed that he was poisoned. In fact, he was given too much atropine, a medication that acts like a poison if consumed in excess. Fortunately, more fear than harm for Francesco who emerged from the coma unscathed.

Meanwhile, a police investigation into intentional poisoning has been opened. The police initially thought that Benjamin, Sylvia’s violent and toxic ex-boyfriend, was guilty. Indeed, six years ago, Francesco interfered in his half-sister’s relationship and pushed her to break up with this man.

But another person could have poisoned Francesco. It’s Estelle. The reason ? She had a one-night stand with Benjamin, while she was married to Francesco. In the episode of Friday January 12, 2024, Estelle poured a mysterious liquid into Francesco’s glass… Is she the poisoner?
