More on Kerbholz – two dodgers recognized in Tyrolean business

It was a coincidence: a landlord of a restaurant in Hintertux was in a grocery store in Mayrhofen in Tyrol on Monday when he recognized two people who had brazenly kicked the bill in his restaurant the day before. With the presence of mind, he informed the police. The officers immediately went to the said grocery store and were able to confront the two suspects, who are likely to have far more offenses against Kerbholz, in the parking lot in front of it.

The two confessed: The locals (24, 26) admitted to having cheated the bill. When the executive looked in the man’s vehicle, however, a number of other offenses emerged: On the one hand, a freshly stolen bottle of schnapps was found. In addition, the car was a rental car, for which PI Schwaz has already been reported for embezzlement.

More offenses
But that’s not all: A room key from a hotel in Vomp was found in the vehicle. The investigations revealed that the two people had rented this hotel between August 24 and 27, 2021 and then left without paying the bill of several hundred euros. In addition, it turned out that the 26-year-old had driven slightly intoxicated. The officers secured the vehicle and the hotel’s room keys. Advertisement!

Another “hotel escape” suspect
As it turned out later, the duo could presumably also be responsible for another “hotel escape” in Zell am Ziller in the following days.
