More safety, greater comfort: Brand new open-ear headphones from Anker on offer

So-called open-ear headphones have become increasingly popular in recent years and more and more manufacturers are offering such devices. The advantage over regular headphones is obvious: They do not block the ear canal, so ambient noise continues to reach the ear.

This offers significantly more safety, especially when jogging, on the way to school or otherwise, as approaching cars can be noticed better. In addition, not everyone likes to have earplugs in their ear canal.

Anker recently launched two new models under its Soundcore brand, the Soundcore AeroFit and AeroFit Pro. We tested the Pro model and were particularly impressed by the sound. The regular AeroFit only make a few compromises.

They do without the optional neckband, have slightly smaller speaker drivers and do not offer a high-resolution LDAC codec. But they are also significantly cheaper than the Pro version.

The open ears are IPX7 protected against water, sweat-resistant and offer a long battery life of 14 hours per charge. The charging case gives you a total of 42 hours.
