More than 100,000 Gaza residents have fled south


JERUSALEM, Nov 10 (Reuters) – More than 100,000 residents of the Gaza Strip have fled to the south of the Palestinian enclave over the past two days as Israeli forces operate “deep into Gaza City”, a the army’s chief spokesperson said on Friday.

During a televised press briefing, Rear Admiral Daniel Hagari also assured that “complex” efforts were underway to free hostages held by Hamas since its October 7 attack on Israel.
