More than 40 Krampuspassen paraded through the streets of Salzburg-Maxglan on Friday. The devil characters wanted to give it their all again before the wild time this year is over.
The spectacle once again attracted thousands of visitors this year. Young and old flocked to the Salzburg district. They wanted to marvel at the Krampuspassen from all over Salzburg, but also from neighboring Upper Austria and Bavaria. The popular Krampus show was opened this year by very special musicians: bagpipe players.
