Ermac is a mysterious character, because he is a fusion of many souls linked together by the black magic of Quan Chi, intended to function as a collection of minds. But this spell was temporarily undone when Ermac was defeated by Mileena and the spirit of King Jerrod, deceased ruler of the Shadowlands and one of the souls in Ermac’s collection, took control and joined the royal family, aiding the reign of Empress Mileena. Eventually, the amalgamation of souls reestablished control and Ermac retreated into the shadows of the Shadowlands. No longer Quan Chi’s slave, nor linked to Mileena’s royal family, he must find a cause to defend! In this gameplay trailer, his devastating moves are highlighted, including his ability to teleport, levitate and use a multitude of souls to grab, lift and strike his opponents on the ground.
Furthermore, the trailer also highlights Mavadothe next Kameo Fighter scheduled for the month of May, without further details.
