Now that the support of Mortal Kombat 11 is well and truly over, everyone is wondering what NetherRealm is currently working on. Two choices seem to be the most likely for the studio: Injustice 3 and Mortal Kombat 12. Knowing that DC is at the heart of a great revival at Warner Bros since the merger with Discovery, Mortal Kombat 12 seems to be the choice of reason, and the latter had even been teased a few months ago. The clues continue with a video of Andrew Bowenthe voice of the famous Johnny Cage, who in turn teases a new episode.
Johnny Cage returns to work
As IGN reports, the actor recently posted a tweet in which we could see a video of him in front of the premises of Warner Bros, with a small smile. A tweet now deletedwhich makes it even more mysterious, but he had already tweeted similar videos in recent months.
What let us hear that Andrew Bowen is back in the studio, probably to record a few lines of dialogue for Johnny Cage, and therefore for the next mortal kombat. Nothing is confirmed for the moment, but everything seems to converge towards a Mortal Kombat 12rather than a potential Injustice 3, much to the chagrin of superhero fans.
