Leaker Evan Blass managed to get his hands on the Razr Ultra presentation spot. The device is shown there from every angle, while its formalization has still not taken place.

The official presentation of the Razr Ultra will definitely not have much to teach us about the design of the device. Expected in the coming days, Motorola’s new clamshell mobile is the subject of a major leak this week with the sharing by Evan Blass of his presentation spot.

The smartphone… from every angle

Shared on Twitter by a private account, the 44-second video completes the leaker’s efforts to find as many visuals of the smartphone as possible before its official presentation. Relayed by The Verge, it shows us a high-end mobile sporting a giant back screen (3.5 inches, Evan Blass believes) as its main feature. It is similar to that of the OPPO Find N2 Flip, but this time covers practically the entire upper half of the back, the one you will see once the mobile is folded.

With this generous display area, Motorola can do more than display notifications. This screen will be used in particular for the camera and videos, but also seems to be able to be used for GPS navigation or multimedia playback. It remains to be seen how the Chinese manufacturer will manage to exploit this specificity in terms of software.

There are still gray areas

As a reminder, Motorola should launch two folding clamshell smartphones: the Razr Ultra that interests us today, but also a more affordable model without an XXL rear screen. The two products also benefit from distinct code names: Juno and Venus, reports The Verge.

According to previous rumors, Motorola would prepare a presentation event for the 1er next June. In other words, we should know more about these two alleged products very soon, which will hit the market before the Pixel Fold and a few weeks before the announcement of the next generation of Samsung Galaxy Z Fold and Z Flip.

However, we do not know what the exact technical specifications of the two folding smartphones from Motorola will be, and what their price positioning will be. Answer in a week?
