Motorola Razr 40 Ultra: a new leak confirms its technical sheet

The presentation of the next Motorola Razr, on June 1, 2023, was no longer in doubt, the brand having confirmed its intention to us at the MWC show in February. However, it has formalized its next event on its social networks, during which at least one Razr, a folding clamshell smartphone, will be revealed. According to the leaks that have been multiplying for a few weeks, it will take the name of Razr 40 Ultra or Razr Plus, and will be accompanied by a more affordable Razr 40 (or Lite). While waiting for its presentation in good and due form, the most upscale version of the terminal is shown in detail thanks to the error of an online store.

As reported Android Authority, the Egyptian reseller Extra.com published – before deleting it – a product page dedicated to the Razr Plus. It details the technical characteristics of the device. According to him, the smartphone will be equipped with a main screen of 6.9 inches, based on pOled technology, and not Amoled, with a definition of 1080 x 2640 pixels. It will be supplemented by a 3.5-inch external display.

Under its hood, the Egyptian site mentions the integration of a chip clocked at 3.2 GHz, probably the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1. You should also expect 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage .

On the photo side, there is always talk of a double block of 32 and 8 megapixels on the outer part of the smartphone, and an internal sensor for selfies of 12 or 13 Mpx. The smartphone promises to be equipped with a 3800 mAh battery, but also compatible with very practical eSIMs.

Few details remain unresolved today. It is therefore now a question of knowing the price of the Razr 40 Ultra, which promises to be around 1200 € in Europe.
