(CercleFinance.com) – The real estate group Altarea declared to the AMF that it crossed upwards, on November 16, the thresholds of 5%, 10% and 15% of the capital and voting rights of MRM and to hold 16.42 % of the capital and voting rights of this real estate company.
This crossing of thresholds results from the capital increase of MRM reserved for Altarea by way of contribution in kind of all the shares that the latter held in the companies Retail Flins SAS and Retail Ollioules SAS.
