Municipal council is said to have daubed Ukrainian cars

A member of the municipal council in Baden-Baden is accused of daubing cars with Ukrainian license plates in January and March. It has not yet been publicly communicated to which faction the local politician belongs.
A Baden-Baden municipal council is said to have smeared a swastika on two cars with Ukrainian license plates and wrote the words “Fuck UA” in large letters. The public prosecutor’s office in Baden-Baden announced that he had received a penalty order from the district court “for using signs of unconstitutional organizations” and also insults. It was not said which faction the local politician belonged to.
According to the information, the city council is accused of having smeared the cars in an underground car park in the spa town with a pen in January and March of this year. According to a spokesman, the city of Baden-Baden first wants to clarify what the incident could mean for the activities of a city council. Only then will you possibly comment. The office of the city parliament could not immediately be reached for comment.
The penalty order in the amount of 50 daily rates – the total amount was not disclosed when asked – was served last Thursday and is not yet legally binding. If the city council does not object, the law would come into force on September 8, said the spokesman for the public prosecutor’s office. The parliamentary groups of the Greens, the CDU, the Free Citizens for Baden-Baden, the SPD, FDP and AfD are represented in the city council.
