In this project that many have compared to the American series Murder, the famous comedian lends her features to the brilliant and eccentric character of Louise Arbus, a criminology professor asked by the police to solve investigations.

However, our heroine never travels alone since she participates in Captain Barbara Delandre’s investigations in the company of four of her students: Valentine, Samuel, Boris and Mia. Together, it seems that no killer can resist them…or almost?

Interviewed by AlloCiné about her experience in Master Crimes, Muriel Robin reveals to us what were the hardest scenes to shoot. Without much surprise, the actress explained to us that these were interrogation sequences!

These are the most complicated scenes…”

Here’s why : “These are the most complicated scenes but you really have to get them right, says the actress. You have to be very embodied, it can’t be boring because you’re really in a face-to-face situation. We must put our finger on the essential substance of what we will have to make the person opposite say!

Muriel Robin continues: “There are no artifices. We’re sitting down and it’s yours, mine, yours, mine… We hope to succeed in these sequences and that they won’t all look the same because when we shoot an interrogation, we shoot four, five or six …in the same setting!

We string them together and at one point, we no longer really know where we are, admits the interpreter of Louise. Fortunately, our wonderful director Marwen Abdallah is here to get us back on track, if only we mix things up a little…

Scenes to discover in Master Crimes from next Thursday, November 16 at 9:10 p.m., on TF1.
