With its new “J” bike, the Mustache brand is introducing a frame that is now “made in France”.

France is focusing more and more on electric bikes! In collaboration with its foundry and machining partners, Mustache has developed a 100% French framework.

A first frame made in France for Mustache

For 10 years, the French brand of electrically assisted bicycles Mustache, established in the Vosges since 2011, has continued its quest for the ideal electrically assisted bicycle, one that will adapt to everyone. Furthermore, the brand has been working for a long time on the relocation of the production of its bicycle frames. This is today done.

Indeed, the new bikes in the “J” range benefit from the manufacturing of a 100% French frame, cast in Vitrolles in Bouches-du-Rhône, machined in the Jura, then powder-coated in Alsace. Finally, the assembly and assembly of the complete bike is done entirely in the Mustache workshops. In doing so, “ Mustache reduces the travel of its executives from more than 15,000 km usually to less than 1,000 km “explains the company.

In addition to its “made in France” aspect, the new frame signed Mustache is made in two parts thanks to a unique process using gravity shell molding. This technology makes it possible to create a rigid frame without welds, with fluid shapes. Combined with the swing arm suspension system, it ensures that no energy is wasted: neither that of the cyclist nor that of the battery. Added to this is a Smart System process developed with Bosch, for anti-theft protection and control with the smartphone.

The new Mustache electric bikes from the “J” range are available from 5,199 euros.
