My energy broker: partial exercise of the over-allotment option

(Boursier.com) — The energy brokerage company for businesses, My energy broker, announces the end of stabilization operations. The stabilization period, which began on May 31, ended on June 30. The stabilization measures concerned a total number of 28,742 shares in a price range between 9 euros (lowest price) and 9.65 euros (highest price) on Euronext Growth Paris.

Exercise of the over-allotment option

The option granted by the company and its shareholders to the stabilizing agent, to issue up to 32,474 additional shares of Mon courtier énergie groupe at the offer price within the framework of over-allotments was exercised by TP ICAP for an amount of 32,474 shares on June 30.

As a result, the total number of Mon courtier énergie groupe shares issued as part of its initial public offering amounts to 757,862 shares, bringing the total amount of the offer to 7,313,368 million euros.

After the exercise of the over-allotment option, the free float of My energy broker group amounts to 20.72% of its total share capital.

– UNI Holding (Romain Cassagnaud & Matthieu Boffo): 24.02%
– Bambalouni Invest (Samy Djebaly & Karim Louhichi): 24.02%
– Titun Consulting (Charlie Evrard): 18.02%
– Gadaca (Guillaume Rouaud): 7.21%
– Jinerjy (Jean-Christophe Cayol): 6.01%
– Free float: 20.72%

Implementation of a liquidity contract

My group energy broker has also entrusted TP ICAP (Europe) SA with the implementation of a liquidity contract relating to its ordinary shares, as of July 3. This contract is concluded for a period of 1 year, renewable by tacit agreement. Its purpose is to ensure the liquidity of Mon courtier énergie groupe shares, listed on Euronext Growth Paris. For the implementation of this contract, 230 kE were allocated to the liquidity account.
