The host of the show “Nés pour bouger”, on TF1, Anaïs Grangerac, took part in our special Christmas interview. The opportunity to take stock of this year rich in twists and turns for the one who gave birth to her daughter Mila in November 2021.
It was a year like no other for Anaïs Grangerac. The host of the show Born to move, gave birth to her first child, a baby girl named Mila who was born in November 2021. “It’s time to share the news with you. The love of our lives was born on Monday afternoon. My heart explodes: I gave birth, we have a daughter. I am a mother… Welcome my Mila”, she announced on Instagtram on November 10, 2021. Suffice to say that her daily life is no longer the same for her companion Damien Noël and her.
Beside this pregnancy which changed her life forever, Anaïs Grangerac has not been idle. The TV host was, like every year, loyal to the post to present Born to move, one of TF1’s flagship short-format shows. The opportunity also to end the year in style with the traditional Large Christmas Blooper, broadcast on TMC. At 33, there is no doubt that Anaïs Grangerac is fulfilled in her professional and personal life. She took a break to answer our questions about this year 2021 and the one that is fast approaching.
What word best sums up your year? And why ?
CHAMBOULEMENT: Because I gave birth to my little girl Mila who came to radically turn our lives upside down and fill us with love. And because the current health context has constantly changed our lives and reminded us that we must make the most of the present moment!
A good resolution for the coming year?
Continue to make the most of life, take on new challenges and surround myself with only good vibes! I’m doing well for the moment so why change!
The project you want to implement (personal and / or professional plan)?
Nice professional surprises are coming to TF1 with new programs, but not only! Looking forward to sharing this news with the public!
The song you listen to on repeat?
Right now ? I’m not going to be very original but: All I want for Christmas is You by Mariah Carey! It’s my end-of-year ritual, I listen to it over and over! By decorating the tree, baking shortbread, wrapping gifts, it’s cliché but I love it! It makes me happy! (laughs) Otherwise, this year, I listened to Lolo Zouai’s last album a lot, which I never tire of.
Which Christmas movie do you love?
The Holiday without hesitation ! But I love Christmas movies so much, even the silliest ones, that’s also why we watch them! We know the end of the scenario after five minutes, but we look for the atmosphere, the settings, the magic of Christmas! This is the basis !
A favorite podcast?
I loved listening to BLISS during my pregnancy and now continue as a mom.
I also really like VULGAIRE which popularizes a whole bunch of very diverse things, we cultivate ourselves while having fun.
