(Boursier.com) — The Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of MyHotelMatch, the innovative platform aiming to revolutionize tourism by becoming the new generation of travel agency, was held on first call on Friday July 29 at 2 p.m., at the company’s headquarters, under the chairmanship of Jean-François Ott, President -General Manager of MyHotelMatch. The number of shares held by the 11 shareholders who participated in this Combined General Meeting was 116,707,212 shares out of the 218,394,826 shares with voting rights, ie an attendance rate of 53.5%.
All the ordinary and extraordinary resolutions presented to the Meeting were adopted.
