The last Nintendo Direct focused on remasters and the unexpected returns of certain licenses, which will please some, while others would have preferred something new. We can all the same rejoice to find titles somewhat forgotten over time, even if they marked their time, with in particular Ghost Trick: Ghost Detectivethe other investigation game from the mind behind Ace AttorneyShu Takumi.
A remaster with new puzzles
More than 13 years ago (yes already), Ghost Trick: Ghost Detective was released on Nintendo DS and introduced us to the funny story of Sissel, a ghost who seeks to solve the mystery of his own death before completely disappearing.
Capcom has decided to give this adventure a facelift by offering it a remaster with 1080p/60 fps visuals, rearranged music and new artwork, in addition to new challenges exclusive to this version. The interface and controls have obviously been revised to be adapted to controllers.
And good news, this HD remaster will not be satisfied with the Nintendo console this time, since Ghost Trick: Ghost Detective is scheduled to be released later this summer on PC (Steam), PS5, Xbox One and Switch.
