A mysterious tablet with a notch has surfaced on a support page for Bixby. According to previous rumours, we should see the Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra here. In the meantime, Samsung has taken the photo offline again – but we’ll show it to you anyway.

After Samsung only launched the Galaxy Tab S7 FE in 2021, the Galaxy Tab S8 is to be presented this year. If Samsung introduces the new tablet series together with the Galaxy S22 lineup, we will officially see the Tab S8 on February 8th. However, an image showing a front camera has already been shown on an official Samsung website. In all likelihood, we’re looking at the Tab S8 Ultra here.

The Bixby help page showed an image that had a Samsung smartphone in the foreground and an unknown tablet with a notch in the background. Exactly this design is the reason why many now conclude the design of the Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra. Because several rumors already say that the most powerful model has a notch in the display, which contains two 12-megapixel cameras. Samsung’s decision to quickly take the image offline again is confirmation of the accidental upload.

What do we know about the Galaxy Tab S8 (Ultra) so far?
So far there is no official data from Samsung. The colleagues from WinFuture However, a few days ago many technical details about the upcoming tablet series leaked. The tablet is to appear in three different versions – as with the smartphones, the Ultra model represents the spearhead of the lineup. The other two versions, the S8 and the S8+, should appear with slightly fewer features.
According to the leaks, the largest model should offer a 14.6-inch AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz. A Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC, which works with 8GB RAM or 16GB RAM, should serve as the processor. The internal memory should be 512 gigabytes, but if that’s not enough for you, you can probably expand the memory with a microSD. In addition to the aforementioned 12-megapixel front camera, there is also room for a 13-megapixel camera on the back.
